Every WANDEN Holz piece is already made to order. What the four designs cannot do is fit every wall — an alcove, a chimney breast, a stairwell, or simply a width that falls between two of the standard sizes.
For those, tell us about the wall. A person reads your measurements and replies with a quote and a payment link. No configurator, and no instant price that turns out to be wrong.

Questions people ask first
Usually, yes. A standard size is cut from a pattern we have already made many times. A commission is measured, planned and set from scratch, and the quote reflects that. It is priced per piece, so you will see the figure before you commit to anything.
No. A piece built to your measurements cannot be resold, so it is outside the 14-day return window that applies to the standard range. That is why we quote first and only ask for payment once you have approved it.
Send the wall measurements and a photograph and we will suggest a size. Judging scale on a screen is genuinely hard, which is why the standard product pages draw each size to scale on a real wall.
Within 24 hours on a working day. If your request needs a drawing before we can price it, we will say so in that first reply rather than going quiet.
